Miley Cyrus is Smokin' in Miami

Spending some time in the sunshine state to blow off steam, Miley Cyrus** hung out with friends on her hotel balcony while smoking a suspicious looking hand-rolled cigarette on Saturday (April 6).

The "Hannah Montana" star was without her engagement ring in a black T-shirt as she puffed and passed to a male companion.

That same day, it was time to party as the 20-year-old singer/actress tweeted, "So many peeps I love birrrfday is today! Gotta celllllebratttteee."

However, before the festivities, Miley and her gal pals decided to have a little fun with Instagram, having a mini "Girl in boys clothing" photoshoot, including shots of Miley in shorts and tank tops with ruby red lips.
