Happy to have her husband join her in Brazil, Fergie** went to lunch at a restaurant with Josh Duhamel** in Sao Paulo on Saturday (April 6).

The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman looked sunny in a yellow button-down dress, white pants, and a floppy white hat while her handsome hubby sported a pink button-down shirt and gray pants.

Always looking to keep her fans happy, the 38-year-old mommy-to-be and her "Safe Haven" hunk signed autographs and posed for photos with fans before returning to their hotel.

Just the day before, Fergie was honored at the amfAR Inspiration Gala in Sao Paolo for her work in the fight against AIDS.
