Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are officially divorced, according to TMZ. A judge in LA dissolved their marriage in today's court hearing...and Kris got nothing from Kim. He had asked for $7 million as divorce settlement and had also asked for an annulment of the marriage based on fraud, but recently dropped his demands. Kim will have her baby now as a single woman. Good for them.

Kim Kardashian's Divorce Trial Witness List Filed

Hoping to show that Kris Humphries was fully aware and involved in the prenuptial agreement for their marriage, Kim Kardashian lined up several witnesses to testify about it.
According to the reality diva's witness list, six people will be called to show that the NBA star was actively involved in the prenup details.

In addition to the 32-year-old mommy-to-be, Kris Jenner, two managers, one lawyer, and a court reporter who witnessed the signing of the document will all be on hand.
Meanwhile, as previously reported by GossipCenter, the busy Ms. Kardashian will be presenting at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, April 14th.

Kim Kardashian's Divorce Drama Nabs a Trial Date

It’s been a long and tedious battle, but Kim Kardashian finally learned a piece of promising news regarding her divorce on Friday (February 15).
The 32-year-old reality star's court battle with Kris Humphries is ready to go to trial.

"[Humphries] has had more than adequate time to prepare," L.A. Superior Court Judge Stephen Moloney stated during the hearing, in which a trial date was set for May 6.
The legal battle between the former married couple regards Kris’ claims that Kim committed fraud by never intending to be married.
Kim’s attorney Laura Wasser insists that these allegations are false, and that the “Keeping up with the Kardashians” star is just trying to finalize the divorce.
Laura previously told People, "We want a trial because that's the only way this will end. There was no fraud. They have no case."

Kris Humphries Advised Not to Go for Annulment

Kris Humphries' former lawyer told him not to fight for an annulment.

Attorney Marshall Waller has applied to be taken off the sportsman's legal team in his marriage split battle against estranged wife Kim Kardashian, and has cited "irreconcilable differences" in his motion to be relieved as counsel.
While the basketball player is keen to have his 72-day marriage annulled on the grounds of fraud - repeatedly making claims that Kim only married him for publicity - the lawyer had advised there were no legal grounds to do so because there is no evidence to support the claims.
