Catching up with a gal pal, Katy Perry showed up at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, California yesterday (May 12).
The “Teenage Dream” dame looked beautiful in a pink blouse with braided hair and spectacles as she enjoyed the social outing.

Switching to career news, as previously reported by GossipCenter, on Saturday night (May 11) Katy headed over to Las Vegas where she joined the Rolling Stones on stage to sing “Beast of Burden.”
Afterwards, Perry tweeted, “Yes, I just did gyrated on Mick Jagger. WHAT?! #Stones50…Thanks for letting me be the 5th wheel last night! @Rollingstones.”

Katy Perry Unveils Design For Third Fragrance

Continuing to expand her growing empire, Katy Perry revealed the design to her third fragrance on Thursday (May 2).
Posting a picture of the elegant bottle to her Twitter page, the "Teenage Dream" songstress wrote, "OK! I have been working on my 3rd fragrance for over a year & want to unveil the look NOW! What do u think?!"

Making the reveal a night to remember, Katy hosted a fragrance sneak preview at the James B Duke Mansion in New York City where she showed off a larger than life size of the the new perfume.
Clearly a successful event, Perry later tweeted, "Just had an elegant unveiling of my new fragrance

Katy Perry Stuns at the Delete Blood Cancer New York Gala

Always one to support a good cause, Katy Perry stepped out for the 2013 Delete Blood Cancer Gala on Wednesday (May 1) in New York City.
The “Firework” songstress looked lovely in a floor-length strapless blue gown with black embellishments as she posed on the arrivals carpet on her way inside.

Held at Cipriani Wall Street, the event promotes the need for bone marrow donors to fight cancers of the blood, such as leukemia.
This year, fashion designer Vera Wang, OPI Products co-founder Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, and actress Leighton Meester will be honored for their promotion of Delete Blood Cancer’s Share the Love campaign.

Katy Perry Countersues Hair Care Company for $6.5 Million

After being slapped with a multi-million dollar lawsuit from a hair care company, Katy Perry is fighting back with her own $6.5 million countersuit.
Jemella Group Limited originally sued the "Firework" singer to try to prevent her from suing them. The company was already aware that the 28-year-old songstress was claiming that they had an oral agreement to extend her original written contract.

However, they seemed to have opened the door for the action, as Katy fired back on Monday, alleging that the company "continues to use Perry's name and image on its website to promote its hair care products. ghd has failed to honor its contractual obligations to Perry, yet it continues to benefit from Perry by using her name and image without compensating her."
According to TMZ, Ms. Perry's rep said, "They're backing out of the deal because of an ownership change, and just throwing shade to hide their bad faith."

Katy Perry on Russell Brand: He's a Very Tiny Elephant!

It's been almost a year since she was declared a single lady, and Katy Perry finally addressed the questions about her short lived marriage with actor Russell Brand.
While spending time at the ASCAP "I Create Music" Expo in Hollywood last week, the "Part of Me" songstress decided that it was time to open up about the divorce.

"It's a very tiny elephant... It's like a little tchotchke now," the 28-year-old singer explained. "The Big D- you can say it!"
Katy's use of the term "tchotchke" was possibly her way of insulting her ex-hubby given that it means "small bauble or trifle with connotation of worthlessness or disposability and tackiness."
Unlike Miss Perry, who was relatively quiet about the subject, Mr. Brand mocked the marriage and even discussed certain body parts of hers since their split last summer. The couple ended their marriage 14 months after saying "I Do."

3rd Annual Coach Children’s Defense Fund Fete Draws Big Names

It’s always wonderful when stars gather for a good cause, and last night (April 10) some of Tinseltown’s finest showed up at the 3rd Annual Coach Evening to Benefit Children’s Defense Fund.
“Mad Men” hottie January Jones looked gorgeous as she strolled around Bad Robot and mingled with the likes of Nikki Reed, Katy Perry, Ellen Pompeo and Hannah Simone.

Meanwhile, Chloe Sevigny, Ariel Winter, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Kate Mara, Rosario Dawson, and Paula Patton each got gussied up for the swanky affair and were happy to pose for the paparazzi.
Representing the gents were hunks like Chris Pine, Orlando Bloom, and Bad Robot honcho JJ Abrams, who definitely looked to be enjoying himself and his celebrity-rich context.
