Justin Bieber May Go To Jail For Allegedly Spitting On Neighbor

The last few weeks have been full of negative press for Justin Bieber**, and it doesn't look like his luck is turning around just yet.

On Saturday (March 30), reports surfaced that the 19-year-old pop sensation may be looking at more legal trouble stemming from an altercation with his neighbor earlier this week.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources say the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is looking to prosecute the Biebs for allegedly spitting in the 47-year-old's face.

The insiders explained that Sheriff's investigators will refer the case to the L.A. County District Attorney, but upon completion it will be recommended that criminal charges be filed against Justin.

Although many think that Bieber is being targeted because of his fame, sources say it has nothing to do with his star power and anyone going down a "dangerous path" needs professional help.
