Now that he is out of the political scene, Arnold Schwarzenegger is going back to his body building roots.
It was confirmed on Saturday (March 2) that the former Mr. Olympia and Governor of California will be the executive editor of Muscle & Fitness and Flex magazines.
In a statement about the news, the “Terminator” actor said, "It
was in these magazines that I found the spark that inspired me to start
lifting weights, and eventually move to America and realize my dreams,
and I'm proud to return as executive editor.”
The president and chief executive of American Media, David J. Pecker, called the 65-year-old a “world class authority on physical fitness and training.”
Mr. Schwarzenegger has graced the magazines' covers a total of sixty times throughout his illustrious career.
