After over a year of legal posturing, Kris Humphries is still refusing to settle his divorce case with Kim Kardashian.
The Brooklyn Nets player stated in legal documents prepared by his lawyer, Marshall Waller, "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."
The hold-up seems to be that Kris wants to be present for Kim's
deposition, but due to his schedule he will be unavailable until mid-May
or June.
However, avoiding any sort of DNA test and further delay, the attorney did state that his client would stipulate that he is not the father of Kim's child with rapper Kanye West.
