Miley Cyrus & Injured Liam Hemsworth's Los Angeles Lovers' Stroll

Kicking off the weekend with a lovers' stroll, Miley Cyrus** and Liam Hemsworth** tenderly held hands while out and about in Los Angles, California on Friday afternoon (October 19).
The former "Hannah Montana" star was all glammed up in a gam-baring leopard print skirt with a low cut black top as she and her "The Last Song " co-star fiance leisurely walked around their posh west coast neighborhood.
The romantic outing comes as Liam happens to be recovering from a work-related injured incurred on the set of the second installment from "The Hunger Games" franchise, "Catching Fire."
Talking with USA Today about the physical detriment, the 22-year-old Aussie actor revealed, "I twisted my knee. I try to just fight through it. There's so many people standing around waiting for you to do your thing. You feel sort of obligated not to let everyone down."
Fortunately enough, the medical woes won't have any impact on production schedule, as "Catching Fire" is still slated for a November 2013 theatrical release.
