Weird? Malaysian Appointed Vice Chancellor In Nigeria

Kano State Governor, Rabi'u Kwankwaso, yesterday Saturday September 1st appointed Malaysian Professor Dato Dr. Mohd. Razali Bin Agus as the substantive Vice Chancellor of the newly-established Kano state owned North-West University.

Professor Bin Agus, 57, was until his appointment, the Vice Chancellor of Twin-Tech International College of Technology, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

A Malaysian as VC of a Nigerian University? Will that work?
