Back Together After Drunk Texting? Katy Perry & John Mayer

Though John & Katy recently split, the two were spotted getting cozy at a concert this weekend — and a new report claims drunk texting is to thank for their reunion!
John Mayer and Katy Perry just can't seem to quit each other. Though the odd couple reportedly broke up last week, an eyewitness snapped a picture of them together Sept. 1 at the FYF musical festival in Los Angeles — and they looked very happy to be together. One source even told E! News that John had his arms around Katy while they took in all the sights and sounds.

So what caused John and Katy to get back together? Drunk texting… allegedly.

A source tells the New York Daily News that Katy has been "calling and drunk-texting him … late at night asking him to take her back" ever since they split, adding that "she's been really depressed and needs attention."
