Kanye West Sends Cease-and-Desist Letters Regarding Alleged Sex Tape

Perhaps it's a coincidence that Kanye West's rumored sex tape emerged shortly after he began dating Kim Kardashian. The reality star's x-rated tape with Ray J catapulted her to fame in 2007.
In recent days, the 35-year-old rapper has just found himself in the midst of his very own sex tape scandal.
Recently, a cease-and-desist letter, obtained by AllHipHop News, was sent by the "All the Lights" singer to various media outlets demanding that any images or footage associated with Yeezy and his ex-girlfriend be immediately taken down.
The statement from his attorney reads in part, "Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West's computer. Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West's rights of privacy and publicity."
