Gunners 48hours Close On Henry Loan

Thierry Henry can bring a winning mentality to Arsenal.
Arsenal are set to agree a two-month loan deal with New York Red Bulls striker Thierry Henry in the next 48 hours, Sky sources understand.
The Frenchman is the Gunners' all-time record goalscorer after he notched up 226 goals in 370 games before joining Barcelona in 2007, then making the move Stateside to play for New York three years later.
But with Arsene Wenger losing strikers Gervinho and Marouane Chamakh to the Africa Cup of Nations in January, Henry appears ready to return to north London during the MLS close-season.
The 34-year-old would then return to the USA in time for their new season in March.
Former Arsenal defender Nigel Winterburn feels the move would be a huge boost for the club as they continue their push for a Champions League berth next season.
"I hope everything works out as everyone is expecting, it's terrific news for supporters of Arsenal," he said.
"Thierry Henry is a winner. If he can make that rub off on players around him, it can only be good for them."
