Isla Fisher in Easy Living June 2013: My Job Is To Protect My Munchkins

While continuing to promote her upcoming film "The Great Gatsby," Isla Fisher graced the cover of Easy Living's June 2013 issue.
After enjoying some spring time sunshine in her gorgeous photo shoot, the "Wedding Crashers" star opened up about her growing family and gaining weight quickly for her upcoming role.
Check out GossipCenter's recap of Miss Fisher's interview below. For more, be sure to visit Easy Living!
On putting family before career:
"I definitely feel my career comes second to my family. After I had my first daughter, I took three years off; I took a year and a half off my second. My mother worked when I was growing up, so I was under the impression I'd find it easy to be a working mom. But I found it very hard to be away from my family, even for short periods of time. Once they are at school, I'll get back to my creative world - but right now, I put my family first and that's the most rewarding, fulfilling and exciting way to spend my time.
On keeping her children away from the public eye:
"Motherhood is my favorite topic, but I hate talking about it in interviews. My children didn't choose to be in the public eye. I feel like if I talk about them, people might be more interested. My job is to protect my munchkins."
On her body changes since childbirth:
"Back then, I was that annoying person who could honestly say, 'I can eat anything.' That changed at 35 and I'm glad, in a way, because it's not good to have three desserts a day. Obviously aging is an interesting process, for everyone. Particularly when you've had kids, there is no denying the fact that you body looks completely different, especially when you take your clothes off."
On her quick way to add pounds:
"I was breastfeeding, so I had a little flesh of my own, I am proud to admit, but I also gained 10lb, by just following my natural instincts [by eating] cupcakes!"

In the issue, the 20-year-old actress/singer addresses the rumors flying around about her and fiancée Liam Hemsworth, saying, "Every week it's like, 'Are they broken up? Because we don't see a photo of them.' I don't have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don't."
Sharing the scheduling difficulties, Miley continues, "He gets up to work out at six and I come home around five from the studio. I've put this record before everything and I've never done that with anything. I've put too much into this record to put anything else in front of it."

On enjoying life across the pond:
"I love London - it's my adopted home. Being an American woman living in Britain, there are things I've had to catch up on, though. Chris had to explain Blue Peter to me! In London, the kids and I really take advantage of the city. I have them on the tube, in the museums, in St James' Park, the theater. I use that city so much - I want them exposed to it."
On marriage:
"It's hard being married. You go through great times, you go through terrible times. We're the same as any couple. I asked my dad once, 'How did you and mom stay married for 33 years?' and he said, 'Well we never wanted to get divorced at the same time.' And I think that's what happened. When two people throw in the towel at the same, then you break up, but if one person's saying, 'Come on, we can do this,' you carry on."
On how she approaches her and Chris' relationship:
"I'm a very grounded, homey person and Chris is a very mad scientist, genius songwriter. So I never say, 'Where are you? You should be home by now.' I never place demands on him because I think he's a really talented man and he's putting something good into the world."

Pink Talks Parenting and Marriage in Glamour June 2013

In the midst of her world tour and mommy duties, Pink took a moment to grace the cover of Glamour's June 2013 issue.
After rocking a few poses for the Ellen Von Unwerth-shot front page, the "Try" songstress dished about her relationship with hubby Carey Hart and her parenting skills with her adorable daughter Willow.
Check out GossipCenter's recap of Pink's interview below. For more, be sure to visit Glamour!
On reconciling with Carey:
"Long-term relationships are an everyday choice. It's harder to be in a marriage than it is to bounce from one relationship to the next. We're good because we communicate and we've grown up together, not because we don't fight."
On the true meaning behind her daughter's name:
"I love the idea that a willow tree cannot be snapped or broken. And we burn sage all the time. It clears bad energy."
On her worst parenting day so far:
"When I was at iHeartRadio [music festival] in Vegas Carey was at a truck race or something. Willow and I were at the pool, and I was taking her to nap time. She was walking just a foot in front of me. And she trips and falls and gets a concussion. She passed out. Cut to an ambulance and fire truck. And a CAT scan. She was about a year old. That was the worst day of my life. And what do they say? 'Kids fall' Welcome to parenthood. I thought, I can't handle this. I'm fitting her for a bubble."
On cursing in front of her daughter:
"Willow said, 'f***in' hi,' the other day. I'm like, 'F***!'"

Sofia Vergara Talks Wedding Plans in Cosmopolitan June 2013

With her hit ABC series "Modern Family" nearing its season four finale, Sofia Vergara soaked up the spotlight by covering Cosmopolitan's June 2013 issue.
While rocking a few poses for celeb lensmen Matthias Vriens-McGrath, the 40-year-old actress chatted about her upcoming wedding plans and how to stay sexy in the bedroom.
Check out a few highlights from Miss Vergara's interview below. For more, be sure to visit Cosmopolitan!
On setting the date to wed fiance Nick Loeb:
"He was already married with a big wedding and I was already married with a big wedding, so we're going to do something but not right now. When he proposed, it was my birthday, and I'd flown more than 100 family and friends and Mexico for six days of partying. It took me forever to arrange the logistics! If I had known I was going to get engaged, I [wouldn't have done] this stupid birthday."
On the surrogate rumors:
"Well, because I froze my eggs. I had to go to my doctor's office [a] hundred million times to do injections. The [rumor] probably came from that. My doctor had told me, 'We have a small window.' and I said, 'That's so rude!' I already have a kid, so I never thought I would need to do that. But I will have to use a surrogate, because I had thyroid cancer and lots of radiation. I don't want to wait forever, but not yet, because I'm working like an animal."
On her five year acting plan:
"I've never had a plan for anything. I know I'm not going to get any more shows like 'Modern Family.' If it ends in five years, it would be great to do movies and focus on things like my Kmart line. Maybe have a kid. But I am going to be working my whole life. I love making money. I really love it!
On spicing up life in the bedroom:
"[I wear] negligees and Japanese silk robes...For a long time, I lived along with my son and only saw my boyfriends in a hotel. So at home, I slept in old tee shirts. When I moved in with Nick that I couldn’t do that. Now, I only keep nice pajamas around, because whatever is there, I’m going to wear.”

NBA Star Jason Collins in Sports Illustrated: I'm Gay

Making history in the professional sports world, Jason Collins came out as gay in Sports Illustrated magazine.
In the May 6 issue, Jason simply opened with, "I'm a 34-year-old NBA center. I'm black. And I'm gay."
"I didn't set out to be the first openly gay athlete playing in a major American team sport. But since I am, I'm happy to start the conversation. I wish I wasn't the kid in the classroom raising his hand and saying, 'I'm different.' If I had my way, someone else would have already done this. Nobody has, which is why I'm raising my hand," the basketball star added.
Collins continued, "It takes an enormous amount of energy to guard such a big secret. I've endured years of misery and gone to enormous lengths to live a lie. I was certain that my world would fall apart if anyone knew. And yet when I acknowledged my sexuality I felt whole for the first time. I still had the same sense of humor, I still had the same mannerisms and my friends still had my back."
After the article published, former President Bill Clinton praised Jason, stating, "I have known Jason Collins since he was Chelsea's classmate and friend at Stanford. Jason's announcement today is an important moment for professional sports and in the history of the LGBT community," Clinton says in a statement. "It is also the straightforward statement of a good man who wants no more than what so many of us seek: to be able to be who we are; to do our work; to build families and to contribute to our communities. For so many members of the LGBT community, these simple goals remain elusive. I hope that everyone, particularly Jason's colleagues in the NBA, the media and his many fans extend to him their support and the respect he has earned."

Miley Cyrus Talks Liam Hemsworth in Elle UK June 2013

She’s been the subject of all kinds of tabloid craziness and Miley Cyrus sets the record straight in her new interview with Elle UK’s June 2013 issue.
The “Can’t Be Tamed” songstress confirms that she and fiancé Liam Hemsworth are still going strong despite public perception.
“We have a house together and dogs. It just seems right to be wearing this ring and to be committed. But, we keep our relationship low-key and don’t talk about it anymore.”
As for her decision to pull back from being so open with her life, Miley notes, “We were too nice to the world and gave them too much insight — into my life and my puppies and my house — and I just don’t feel they get that privilege anymore.”
“Like on my Twitter, I’m much more… not conservative, but you don’t see a picture of my dogs. You don’t get that personal stuff anymore.”
Cyrus even shares about some advice she offered her old pal Justin Bieber- “I noticed he was taking all these photos of people and doing a lot of sh*t, and I just grabbed him and said, ‘Just take a snapshot in your brain of this moment, so you don’t forget.' I don’t remember my Hannah Montana movie premiere — and my 3D movie trumped everyone’s at the box office — I don’t remember being there. All I remember from that night is that I stopped and got a strawberry milkshake beforehand. That’s all. It’s crazy. You think you’re in the present but you’re not.”
The June 2013 issue of Elle UK hits newsstands this Wednesday, May 1st.

Gwyneth Paltrow is People’s World’s Most Beautiful Woman for 2013

Adding another impressive item to her outstanding resume, Gwyneth Paltrow is officially People magazine’s World's Most Beautiful Woman for 2013.
The publication released the cover early this morning, displaying the gorgeous “Iron Man” star’s darling smile.
Miss Paltrow takes the reigns from her BFF Beyonce Knowles, who was honored by the magazine in 2012.
In her interview, Gwyn chatted about her famous hubby Chris Martin and how he keeps her humble.
"He'll make a joke about it," Paltrow tells the magazine. "If I've gotten fully dressed up, he'll be like, 'Oh, wow! You're Gwyneth Paltrow!' Because he's used to seeing me in, like, baggy shorts and frizzy hair."
When it comes to her family life, the mother of Apple, 8, and Moses, 7, explained, “Around the house, I'm in jeans and a T-shirt. I don't really wear makeup. That's what they're used to."
Gwyn also revealed how she stayed looking young and fit, giving props to her celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, and saying, “It makes me look younger and feel strong. When I first started, I thought, 'I'll never be good at this. This is a nightmare!' But now it's like brushing my teeth, I just do it."
In addition to Paltrow, Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Drew Barrymore, Kerry Washington, Jane Fonda, Zooey Dechanel, Kelly Rowland, Amanda Seyfried and Pink also scored a spot in the coveted Most Beautiful list.

Steve Carell in Vegas Magazine Spring 2013: I'm Not Really That Nice

Stepping off the set of his anticipated flick "Anchorman: The Legend Continues," Steve Carell rocked the cover of Vegas magazine's Spring 2013 issue.
The "Despicable Me" star suited up and joined forces with photographer Robert Ascroft for the front page shoot, gushing about the celeb tribute video that debuted at his 50th birthday celebration.
Check out a few highlights from Mr. Carell's interview below. For more, be sure to visit Vegas magazine!
On shout-outs from a few famous pals:
"It was very moving. I'm a fairly private person. I get a little nervous about that. But I enjoy seeing the spectrum of my friendships and relationships over the years and how many good people are a part of my life. It was a perfect night."
On branching out from comedies:
"It's fun to switch things up a little and try some things that are a little bit different. I don't want to do those kind of parts to prove anything. There's a pretense behind them. It's just a great opportunity. That's most important to me- to get a chance to work with very talented people."
On his squeaky clean image:
"I sometimes joke that I need to be mean or have some bad press about me, be edgier. Honestly, you just are who you are. What's ironic is that I'm not really that nice. I'm sort of an average level of nice. Tom Hanks makes me look like a complete a******. But it's much better to be called nice than almost anything else. I try to treat people with respect."
