Ready to spend an evening with stars of all kinds, Christina Aguilera, Olivia Munn and Amy Poehler were on hand for the Time 100 Gala on Tuesday (April 23) in New York City.
Strutting her stuff in an eye catching yellow dress, the "Magic Mike" cutie paused on the arrivals carpet for allow the waiting photographers to capture the moment, while the "Parks and Recreation" funny woman showed off in a lacy black frock.

On the entertainment list for the big event, Christina stunned in a sleeveless black gown before she headed inside to get ready to take the stage.
Honoring the most influential people from everything from politics to entertainment, the annual event was held at Lincoln Center, with Vice President Joe Biden delivering the keynote speech.

They always like to be where the action is, and on Tuesday evening (April 23) Claire Danes and Lena Dunham attended the Time 100 Gala in New York City.
All decked out in their finest attire for the festivities, the talented actresses shared a hug and a smooch on the arrivals carpet before heading inside Lincoln Center for the evenings events.

Also on hand to give the keynote speech was Vice President Joe Biden.

Time Magazine Unveils 100 Most Influential People 2013

With all of the wonderful folks all over the globe, Time Magazine had quite the challenge whittling down their 2013 list of the Most Influential People in the World.
“Hunger Games” gal Jennifer Lawrence ended up making it onto one of the seven covers of the new issue, given her massive career boost and plethora of awards as of late.

In fact, fellow thespian Jodie Foster called Lawrence, “a good-humored, ballsy, free-spirited [woman],” and “a spritely tomboy from Kentucky who’s got it together.”
Other famous faces on the roster include Justin Timberlake, Lena Dunham , Duchess Kate Middleton, Jay-Z, and Rand Paul.

Lena Dunham in Playboy: I Don't Need to Look Like a Victoria's Secret Model

She may not be your typical Playboy Bunny, but Lena Dunham is sounding off in the publication's latest issue.
While showing off her new "I Posed Today" t-shirt from the men's mag, the "Girls" creator opens up about everything from writing gender-specific roles to her personal body image.

On avoiding criticism from writing male roles:
"[I'm] just as careful as when writing female roles. Saying that women have been written as sassy best friends or slutty girlfriends since the beginning of time so now guys deserve whatever comes to them is not an acceptable excuse—even though it’s amazing to me that Hollywood persists in writing these two-dimensional female characters who don’t really exist. No wonder it’s hard for actresses to find parts that are meaty enough to connect with. It’s important to me to create fully formed characters who don’t feel just like good guys, villains, creeps or sluts. I want it to feel real. I want my male friends to feel just as much of a connection to my work as my female friends do."
On looking like a Victoria's Secret model:
"I’d be really disoriented and wonder what had happened in the night. Which enemy had dragged me to the doctor? I don’t think I’d like it very much. There would be all kinds of weird challenges to deal with that I don’t have to deal with now. I don’t want to go through life wondering if people are talking to me because I have a big rack. Not being the babest person in the world creates a nice barrier. The people who talk to you are the people who are interested in you. It must be a big burden in some ways to look that way and be in public. That said, I probably would want to see if I could get free food at restaurants. Then I’d call a doctor and see if she could return me to my former situation."
On her huge win at the Golden Globe Awards:
"Well, when you’re 26 you’re an adult, but you’re not exactly an adult. In medieval times I would definitely have been an adult, but I would’ve also been old and gouty and about to fall into a hole. But not now. The harder part is less about being adored; it’s more about being my age, having a real job and people who depend on me—and not being in service to someone else in their work. There’s a reason people are apprentices first: You get the bigger responsibilities when you’re ready for them. I feel I am ready, and fortunately I’m not drawn to behaving badly, which is good because I don’t have the option to disappear like some other 26-year-olds. If I did, you might find me eating a lot of cheesy carbohydrates, watching many episodes of a really shitty television show and sleeping in the afternoon. Of the seven deadly sins, I’m most guilty of gluttony and sloth."
