David Beckham has posted a video on Facebook in which he describes his joy at the arrival of his first daughter with wife Victoria.

The couple has called the baby Harper Seven.
In the video on his Facebook page he reveals how he is completely smitten with having two girls in the house.
The footballer said: "Having a daughter is a whole new thing.
"Having pink in the house and lilac. You have to be more delicate with girls than boys and I am not used to that.
"You know it is a whole new experience but an amazing one. To have a bundle of joy in your hands, making those little noises.

Seven symbolises spiritual perfection, the seven wonders of the world, seven colours of the rainbow and in many countries around the world it is regarded as lucky.

"It really is an incredible moment for us."
With three sons called Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, the Beckhams are famous for their unconventional name choices - although perhaps in celebrity circles the names are not that unusual - and Harper Seven does not disappoint.
Beckham explained how the couple chose the name.
He said: "Harper is an old English name which we loved.
"Victoria's favourite book is To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee - it is a passionate strong book.

David posted a picture of Victoria and Harper on his Facebook page"And seven - a lot of people assume seven is my shirt number. Part of it is but that was not the main reason
"It symbolises spiritual perfection, the seven wonders of the world, seven colours of the rainbow and in many countries around the world it is regarded as lucky."
If Beckham does not already have enough pink at home, his team LA Galaxy played Real Madrid on Saturday and he wore pink-striped boots with the names of all four of his children emblazoned on the side.
David and Victoria's eldest son Brooklyn has also made his presenting debut on the Facebook page, with a short message about the pictures, clips, quizzes and news on the site.
The video showed he has a distinctly American twang and is even wearing a pink shirt - presumably in honour of his little sister.
