Will Smith & Jaden Smith: “After Earth” Press Conference Duo

Teaming up for some media duties, Will Smith and his son Jaden Smith showed up at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Tokyo, Japan today (May 2).
The “Just the Two of Us” rapper and his “Karate Kid” progeny looked to be thoroughly enjoying themselves as they posed for photos and chatted with members of the press about their new film “After Earth.”

Also starring Isabelle Fuhrman, Zoe Kravitz, Kristofer Hivju, and Sophie Okonedo, “After Earth” is slated to hit theaters on May 31st.
Per the synopsis, “A crash landing leaves Kitai Raige and his father Cypher stranded on Earth, 1,000 years after events forced humanity's escape. With Cypher injured, Kitai must embark on a perilous journey to signal for help.”

Will & Jaden Smith: Hello Tokyo!

Showing some love to their Japanese fans, Will and Jaden Smith showed up at Narita International Airport outside Tokyo today (April 29).
The dynamic father-son duo landed and was immediately greeted by a mob of screaming fans as they made their way through the terminal.

Will and Jaden are in the middle of an extensive promotional campaign for their brand new movie “After Earth,” due out in theaters on May 31st here in the States.
Per the synopsis, “A crash landing leaves Kitai Raige and his father Cypher stranded on Earth, 1,000 years after events forced humanity's escape. With Cypher injured, Kitai must embark on a perilous journey to signal for help.”

Will and Jaden Smith Take "After Earth" to Summer of Sony

Taking their flick to the 5th Annual Summer of Sony, Will and Jaden Smith arrived on the red carpet for the premiere of “After Earth” on Wednesday (April 24).
The father-son duo struck a few poses while enjoying the film festivities in Cancun, Mexico.

The sci-fi movie follows Will and Jaden on Earth 1,000 years into the future and is directed by M. Night Shyamalan.
In a recent Google hangout session, the “Wild Wild West” star said, “With this film it was such a perfect collision of art entertainment, education and a posing of fantastic questions. As an artist, this film does exactly what I always dreamed to be able to do with entertain and to also be able to pose interesting questions."
"After Earth" is set for release nationwide on June 7.

Jaden Smith Talks Aliens & Kylie Jenner in Wonderland May 2013

He's headed for the big screen this summer in the sci-fi film "After Earth," and during promotions Jaden Smith scored a feature in the May 2013 issue of Wonderland magazine.
While rocking a few poses for the Andrew Davis and Rory van Milligen-shot spread, the 14-year-old actor chatted about everything his rumored girlfriend Kylie Jenner to talking about aliens with President Barack Obama.

On his relationship with Kylie:
"I was in LA, we were all hanging out. Then I went to New York and she came too, then she came here and surprised me, so that's pretty baller. She's one of my best friends. It's pretty awesome."
On his thoughts about aliens:
"I like aliens. I think aliens are really cool, because they exist. I talked to President Obama about extraterrestrials. He said he could neither confirm nor deny the existence of aliens, which means they're real. If people think we're the only people that live in this universe, then something is wrong with them."
On his music career:
"I try to go for the trippy vocals, the trippy sounds, because that's what really makes a production, you know what I mean? I was going for that kind of lo-fi sound, so I could show people that I don't need big budgets and it's serious- we're rapping and it's not a game. The movement, and everything, it's actually real. We're serious about it."

Jaden Smith Drops Video for New Single "Hello": Watch Here!

Looking a lot like his famous father, Jaden Smith released a new music video for “Hello” on Monday (March 25).
Directed by Moises Arias, the 14-year-old shot the scenes last month in New York City at various locations.

"After Earth" Poster Shows Off Father and Son Stars

Giving fans a sneak peek at what’s ahead, Sony Pictures released a new poster for “After Earth” on Wednesday (March 6).
The close up features the movies stars Will and Jaden Smith with the tagline “Danger is real. Fear is a choice.”

A sci-fi thriller, the film takes place one thousand years after Earth was evacuated by humans and a father and son explore the planet.
Directed by M. Night Shyamalan, “After Earth” will hit theaters nationwide on June 7.

Celebrating the relationship between music and fashion, Jada Pinkett Smith and Jaden Smith attended BET's Rip The Runway 2013: Red Carpet at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on Wednesday (February 27).
Posing with his mom before heading inside to prep his set, Jaden wore a long black short-sleeved hoodie with black boots and a bandana on one leg while his momager looked pretty in a long-sleeved white jumper and black heels.

Co-hosted by Kelly Rowland and Boris Kodjoe, the show features performers Meek Mill, Trinidad James, Omarion, and Watch the Duck in addition to the young Mr. Smith as they belt out tunes while up and coming designers showcase their newest collections.
Just the day before, the 41-year-old wife of Will Smith treated Willow and Jaden to luxurious gifts at Cartier in New York City. "Rip the Runway" will air on March 20th at 8:00pm ET on BET.
