Adele Denies Chris Brown Grammy Showdown
Adele and Chris Brown at the 55th Grammy Awards
'Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other,' Adele tweets.
In the shot, Breezy is standing up to greet the British Grammy magnet with his right hand outstretched and open while Adele appeared to be speaking forcefully at him.

Well, on Tuesday, Adele took to Twitter to clarify the confusion. "Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other in that photo actually," she wrote. The other burning question from the Grammys was whether the singer has started work on the follow-up to, 21. The new mother told reporters backstage that her as-yet-untitled third album is in the works, kind of.
According to Billboard, "I'm not very far along at all. I'm having lots of meetings. I've been in L.A. for the whole time since the (Golden) Globes, and I will be until the Oscars. I've been having lots of meetings. I've been out of the loop really. I've been singing my baby nursery rhymes, so I don't really know what's cool and what's not ... I'm definitely going to visit [producer] Paul Epworth and stuff like that again."
Despite limited touring and promotional appearances to support the two-year old 21, the album is lodged at #22 this week and has sold more than 10.3 million copies to date in the United States. And it continues to reign gold on her, as she won Best Solo Pop Performance for a live version of "Set Fire to the Rain" at the Grammys and her James Bond tune "Skyfall" is nominated for Best Original Song at the February 24 Academy Awards, where she will perform the song.

Jennifer Lopez Saves the Day, Blocks Grammy Crasher
She presented Adele with the Best Pop Solo Performance trophy at the 55th Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 10), and Jennifer Lopez also handled a little crowd control as well.
When the “Set Fire to the Rain” songstress came up to accept her award, so did Ukrainian television presenter Vitalii Sediuk.
Vitalii was subsequently arrested and kept in jail for the evening on trespassing charges. He’ll be in court next month to learn his fate for his misdeeds.
In a post-Grammy interview, Sediuk explained, "I'm not a crazy guy. I just think differently. The idea to go on the stage came up at the last second. To be honest, Adele is my favorite singer. So when I heard her name, I came up with this idea to go up on the stage and say what I said."

Kelly Rowland Talks Grammy Dress Code
She's never been much for modesty, so when CBS issued a dress code for the 55th Annual Grammy Awards last night (February 10), Kelly Rowland was none too pleased.
The network urged celebrities, "Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible 'puffy' bare skin exposure."
During a backstage interview, the Destiny's Child dame told press, "It's so funny! I thought about the dress code and thought about it again, and that's about it. I respect. See, I wore clothes!"
As for her SuperBowl Halftime Show performance earlier this month, Rowland gushed, "I cannot begin to tell you how much fun that was. It felt really good to look on the other side of the stage and Beyonce and Michelle were there when we were walking in for 'Bootylicious.' It was just such a beautiful moment and I miss those moments with my sisters -- it was incredible. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. It was hard to keep that damn secret, oh my God!"

Adele’s Grammy Tongue Lashing of Chris Brown
Four years after he beat her up, Chris Brown brazenly cuddled with Rihanna at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards last night (February 10). And Adele wasn't having it.
The "Rolling in the Deep" diva laid into the "Kiss Kiss" crooner during a brief one-on-one exchange at the Staples Center, though there's no audio to hear exactly what was said.
However, judging from Adele's demeanor and Chris' body language, it stands to reason that she gave him a stern talking to.
Brown also refused to stand and applaud rival Frank Ocean when he beat Chris in the Best Urban Contemporary Album cagegory.
