The "Desperate Housewives" star donned a shiny black backless dress with a semi-sheer skirt and matching clutch as she posed on the red carpet.
Supporting children and the empowerment of women worldwide, the organization has benefitted over 10 fiscally and socially responsible foundations and raised over $12 million in funds.
This year, David Beckham will receive The Global Gift Philanthropist Award. The soccer star famously pledged his entire salary from his spot on the Paris Saint-Germain team to a local children's charity

Checking some items off of her to-do list, Eva Longoria ran errands on Wednesday (April 24) in Santa Monica, CA.
Looking chic in bright blue pants and a crisp white blazer, the “Desperate Housewives” beauty chatted with a pal before heading back off on her mission.

Last night, the gorgeous actress grabbed a a bite to eat with her rumored boyfriend Ernesto Arguello at her restaurant Beso.
Trying to clear up any confusion on her relationship status, Longoria tweeted on Monday "Sorry @ernestoarguello is NOT dating me."

Eva Longoria & Ernesto Arguello: Beso Date Night

Grabbing a bite to eat, Eva Longoria and rumored boyfriend Ernesto Arguello left Beso restaurant in Hollywood, CA on Tuesday night (April 23).
The pair was joined by British "matchmaker" Matthew Hussey, possibly to put a stop to the dating rumors that the former “Desperate Housewives” star strongly denies.

In regards to the relationship rumors, Miss Longoria and the "Ready for Love" bachelor are reportedly spending lots of time together and even having sleepovers at Eva's pad.
On Monday, she tweeted, "Sorry @ernestoarguello is NOT dating me." In addition, her rep didn't comment on the nightly romps, but did said, "Eva and Ernesto are not dating."

NBC Cancels Eva Longoria's "Ready for Love"

After airing only two episodes, NBC cancelled the reality dating series "Ready for Love."
Produced by Eva Longoria, the matchmaking show was hosted by Bill and Giuliana Rancic and follows three bachelors, three matchmakers, and 36 bachelorettes.

Replacing the ill-fated show will be the popular fantasy series "Grimm." The network has not made a decision on whether to broadcast the remaining episodes of "Ready for Love."
Just this past Wednesday, the "Desperate Housewives" star stopped by "The Dr. Oz Show" to promote her show and chat about health issues.

Showing some love to her German fans, Eva Longoria stepped out for dinner at the Borchardt Restaurant in Berlin last night (February 26).
Clad in a white jacket, black skirt and black leather boots, the “Desperate Housewives” dame seemed to be enjoying herself as she exited the eatery and chatted with the shutterbugs for a bit.

Prior to her trip to Germany on Tuesday, Eva tweeted, “Had a beautiful day in Malibu now taking off the cold cold Berlin! Where are my German friends? I'm coming to see you all!!!”
Miss Longoria also appears in a new Sheba cat food commercial in which she shows off her ballroom moves and proclaims, “Dancing is my passion. So is my cat …feed your passion.”

Eva Longoria Campaigns for LA School Board Candidate

After being heavily involved in Barack Obama's presidential campaign, Eva Longoria is looking local and supporting Kate Anderson for LAUSD School Board in Los Angeles.
On Wednesday (February 20), the "Desperate Housewives" star headed to campaign headquarters, where she pushed for her candidate in a white top, matching jacket, jeans, and strappy heels.

Using her star power to earn votes, the 37-year-old actress stated, "I am voting for Kate Anderson because she has the strength and knowledge to put these students first and ensure they have access to the quality of schools they deserve."
Keeping busy, Ms. Longoria also kept up on her Hollywood duties as she attended the Vanity Fair And Juicy Couture Celebration of the 2013 Vanities Calendar in West Hollywood earlier this week.
