"Million Dollar Baby" star Hilary Swank flashed her million dollar smile in an equally white long-sleeved knee-length dress with ruffles at the top and a ribbon at the waist, while "Charmed" star Alyssa Milano looked pretty in a sleeveless knee-length floral print dress with pointy black heels.
While rubbing elbows with fellow celebs, "Shameless" actress Emmy Rossum donned a sleeveless black and white floral-patterned party dress with strappy heels and Rosario Dawson kept things simple in a short-sleeved knee-length black dress with her aviator shades on the red carpet.
The global "Signature for Good" initiative supports UNICEF in the fight against illiteracy.
