Showing her support for a family who touched her heart, Sandra Bullock is expected to attend the Super Bowl on Sunday (February 3) in New Orleans.
Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Michael Oher and his adoptive family were the inspiration for the 48-year-old's hit film, “The Blind Side.”
In the movie, Ms. Bullock played the no nonsense Leigh Anne
Tuohy, the matriarch of the family, winning an Academy Award for her
performance.
The actress, who owns a home in New Orleans, and the family have kept in touch after filming and will be a guest at the game.
“She’s a great advocate of doing the right thing,” Mrs Tuohy told the Associated Press. “She’s a big giver. She follows Michael’s career every step of the way. It’s funny. I’ll get texts during the game: ‘Why did they do this? They shouldn’t have done that.’”
