According to a report put out by People magazine on Saturday (January 12), the SNL funnyman popped the question to his 28 year-old girlfriend after the holidays.
A source close to the couple gushed, "They are so excited, and very, very happy."
The Hollywood pair began dating in November of 2011 and moved in with each other last year.
Last October, Olivia attended one of Glamour magazine's These Girls monologue readings, where she opened up about her feelings towards Sudeikis, saying she she fell "blissfully, hopelessly, wildly in love."
At this time no wedding date has been set.
