It seems that bringing a Royal Heir into the world is quite the task, and Kate Middleton's morning sickness will prevent her from attending the UK premiere of “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.”
According to a Palace spokesperson, the Duchess of Cambridge will be unable to fulfill her duty as a guest of honor at the event, though Prince William will still show up.
The statement read, "The Duchess of Cambridge will not attend The
Hobbit premiere tomorrow evening and will continue to rest privately.
The Duke of Cambridge will attend as planned."
A rep from the Pregnancy Sickness Support charity explained, "The sickness is constant and ongoing, it's just a matter of keeping on top of it. She might have days that are a bit better than other days but realistically you don't have days when you're actually well."
