Chris and Rihanna have finally made their relationship public — they were seen at Jay-Z’s concert together on Oct. 3! After the show, Rihanna tweeted, “Tough times don’t last…. But tough people do!!!” Chris also took to twitter to say, “Both r Free from it all!” Obviously, these two are back on and don’t care what people say.
