After a sex tape in which he appeared was released over the internet, Hulk Hogan has lawyered up and is suing those allegedly responsible for the leak.
The pro wrestler held a press conference on Monday with his attorneys to announce his legal plans. One lawsuit is against longtime family friend Bubba the Love Sponge and ex-wife Heather Clem, who is featured in the tape, for allegedly recording the encounter. A second suit attacks the website Gawker, who posted a clip from the tape earlier this month.
In the complaint, the Hulkster is seeking $100 million in damages against Gawker for leaking the footage.
According to the wrestler's attorneys at a press conference on Monday, the recording and distribution of the sex tape was "illegal, outrageous, and exceeded the bounds of human decency."
