The star-studded event brought together musicians from every genre and thus, Flavor Flav ran into Miley Cyrus.
Sadly for the "Hannah Montana" star, Flav thought he was meeting Gwen Stefani and he even shouted Gwen's name while hugging poor Miley.
After the 19-year-old singer/actress showed grace and aplomb in ignoring the mistake, the Public Enemy rapper was told of the gaffe and proceeded to apologize.
