A foremost undertaker in Nigeria, M.I.C has been contracted to handle the burial of Mrs. Josephine Okoye, 62, the mother of multiple award-winning music group, P-Square.

Fondly referred to as Mama P, Mrs. Okoye died in Apollo Hospital, Calcutta, India on Wednesday, 11 July, 2012. She died about five hours after a successful heart surgery.
A devoted Christian and minister till death, Mrs. Okoye will be buried in her hometown, Anambra State. Though the burial arrangements have not been announced, P.M Entertainment reliably gathered that it will hold within the next two or three weeks.
The body of Mama P, which was accompanied by Lilian and Mary, her daughters, arrived Nigeria on Tuesday morning and has been deposited in a Lagos mortuary.
She had been in and out of hospital for the last four months here in Nigeria before she was flown abroad for proper medical attention.
Mrs. Okoye was earlier diagnosed of Diabetes, the ailment was later said to have affected a part of her heart, which she needed to operate upon.
Mrs. Okoye, who is a pillar and source of inspiration to the singing twins (P-Square) is survived by her husband, Mr. Moses Okoye and children, Ifeanyi, Henry, Jude, Lilian, Tony, Peter, Paul and Mary. She also had grand-children, among whom is Cameron, Peter's son.
