Wait let me get this straight, they replaced Paula Abdul with Britney Spears and Nicole Scherzinger with Demi Lovato? Amazing!

Anyway, to the main story; Britney and Demi were unveiled on Monday night May 14th as the new judges of X-Factor USA at the Beacon Theatre in New York. And in true Britney fashion, she forgot to wear underwear to such a grand event. And trust American paparazzi, they captured 'it' all. Hehehe.
