Ronaldo Seals Real Win

Barcelona 1-2 Real Madrid

Real Madrid took a big step towards securing the La Liga title after Cristiano Ronaldo's goal sealed a 2-1 win over bitter rivals Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
Ronaldo's crucial strike came shortly after Alexis Sanchez had levelled for Barca, and Jose Mourinho's men are now seven points clear with just four games to play.
Real signalled their intent when Ronaldo's early header was tipped over, but Barca also threatened in a frantic opening as Iker Casillas rushed out to deny Dani Alves.
Sami Khedira seized upon a Victor Valdes error to give Real the lead as he tapped in after Pepe's header was palmed out, and the stunned hosts were left frustrated as Xavi's shot drifted wide.
Barca were battling to keep their title dream alive and Sanchez (70) gave them brief hope when he stabbed in after a scramble, but Ronaldo (73) then raced onto Mesut Ozil's pass and rounded Valdes before chipping home.
Javier Mascherano fired high and wide as the hosts tried to rescue themselves late on, but Ronaldo nearly turned in a third for Real in stoppage time.
