The A-List Couple Beyonce and Jay Z have reportedly chosen the media mogul Oprah winfrey as the godmother of their daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
Mediatakeout reports that Oprah has become a close personal friend to the couple, so it was a no-brainer for them that they would choose her to provide guidance to Blue.
While Kanye West was rumoured to be a godfather, Jay-Z's pal, Tyran "Ty Ty" Smith,has been chosen as Blue's godfather, the website reports, noting the power couple wanted to make sure their godparents weren't blood-related.
The couple welcomed Blue Ivy on January 8 in Newyork city.
