Obama's Sing-A-Long With Santa And Stars "Barack Obama Continues Christmas Tradition"

Barack Obama has turned on the lights of America's Christmas Tree with a little help from Santa, the Black Eyed Peas, Ellie Goulding and Kermit the Frog.
The US President was joined by his wife Michelle and daughters Sasha and Malia at the ceremony near the White House.
It is the 89th year for the holiday tree lighting. The tradition began with President Calvin Coolidge in 1923.
This year's tree was planted in March, replacing a Colorado blue spruce that was planted in 1978 but had to be removed following a storm last winter.
The President noted that this year's tree may be a little smaller but it was still a pretty "good looking tree".
"We're going to fill it up with a spirit and start a new tradition right now," he said.
Afterwards, the Obamas joined a star-studded ceremony of performances - including even Mr Obama himself.
When a host of stars started singing Walking In A Winter Wonderland, Mr Obama hopped onto the stage to join in the sing-a-long.
