Kenny Defends §hirt Gesture As Gibbs blow for Gunners

Kenny Dalglish says his players were right to show support for Luis Suarez.
Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish insists he does not know why there is a fuss over the club's support of striker Luis Suarez.
Suarez made a reference Patrice Evra's skin colour during Liverpool's 1-1 draw with Manchester United an Anfield on 15 October.
The Reds were criticised for their strongly-worded statement in the wake of the eight-match ban imposed on Suarez over the incident.
And when Liverpool players wore T-shirts in the warm-up depicting an image of Suarez with his name and number seven on the back at Wigan on Wednesday there was further outcry.
But Dalglish has defended the club's stance over the issue and is adamant no rules have been breached.
"The statement couldn't have caused anyone any trouble and I don't think the players have caused any trouble with the FA either by their statement or support by their T-shirts," Dalglish said.
"If we are not in any trouble we will leave it at that before we do get in any trouble."
Gibbs goes under the knife

Arsenal defender Kieran Gibbs has undergone surgery on his groin and will be out for a month, the club has confirmed.
The 20-year-old was originally expected to return for the Gunners' game at Aston Villa on Wednesday having been out since October following surgery to remove a hernia.
But he suffered a setback in his rehabilitation and now faces an extended spell on the sidelines.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is short of full-backs at present and has been linked with a January move for Manchester City's Wayne Bridge.
Bacary Sagna, Andre Santos and Carl Jenkinson are all currently ruled out, while makeshift full-back Johan Djourou was forced off with a groin problem in the 1-0 defeat to Manchester City.
"It was a blow, but first what is important is if he cannot play you have to make the decision that we had to make and have surgery for him," said Wenger.
"Hopefully it will only be one month because Santos will not come back before March."
