ICC: Saif Gaddafi Can Be Tried In Libya

The International Criminal Court's prosecutor has said Colonel Muammar Gaddafi's son Saif al Islam can be tried in Libya - provided he is not shielded from international justice.
Speaking at a news conference in Tripoli, Luis Moreno-Ocampo said it was very important for the country that their former leader's one-time heir apparent faced legal proceedings on home soil.
The ICC issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this year on charges of crimes against humanity
