On Thursday, the Spice Girls alum helped celebrate hubby David Beckham's 38th birthday in the City of Lights, where he plays soccer for Paris Saint-Germain.
The trio shopped at the trendy children's store Bonton and enjoyed the day together, though their sons stayed behind in London for school.
