Lindsay Lohan Settles Lawsuit

She's no stranger to legal woes, but Lindsay Lohan** has decided to resolve one of her many lawsuits with the shutterbug who is suing her for running over his foot.
According to a report, the "Mean Girls" actress has reached an out-of-court settlement with Grigor Balyan, the man outside a Los Angeles nightclub who was injured when LiLo's assistant drove over his foot, causing orthopedic and neurological difficulties.
And given that the incident occurred back in 2010, this whole debacle has been going on for far too long, so Lohan decided to throw a bone Balyan's way.
On May 2nd Lindsay's insurance company actually covered the damages, making one less issue she'll have to deal with when she's out of rehab.
