After failing to impress the judges with his skills in the ballroom, Victor Ortiz
and his pro partner Lindsay Arnold became the latest duo to be voted
off "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday nights (April 23) results show.
Scoring just eighteen out of a possible thirty points for their individual dance in Monday's competition, the couple were joined on the bottom by Andy Dick and his partner Sharna Burgess, but the viewer votes took the funny man out of jeopardy, replacing him with Sean Lowe.
But when the final results were revealed, it was the boxer who
was told to hang up his dancing shoes. Gracious in defeat, Ortiz said "I
had a blast. I made great friends. At the end of the day, it was a heck
of an experience. I'm happy to get this far."
