Michelle Williams Says “Good Morning America”

Stepping out for some media duties, Michelle Williams showed up at ABC Studios in New York City earlier today (February 19).
The “Dawson’s Creek” darling was in the house to promote her forthcoming flick “Oz The Great and Powerful” on “Good Morning America,” and she looked great as she headed inside.
During her interview, Michelle explained what drew her to the gig- “When I first read the script, I really responded to the fact that it had a good heart at its center, and that its sense of humor wasn’t sarcastic or mean and I thought that it was really something that my daughter could see and her friends would enjoy.”
And it sounds like Matilda had a smashing good time going to work with mom. “Our director Sam Raimi made sure it was a great experience for her. He had a little [director’s] chair with her name on it next to him on set, and all of the departments were very accommodating and willing to let her come and play and experience it.”
“Oz The Great and Powerful hits theaters on March 8th.
