Stepping out for an evening without the kids, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner attended the Directors Guild of America Awards last night (February 2) in Los Angeles.
Elegant in an embellished white gown and upswept hair, the "Alias" actress posed for shutterbugs on the red carpet before cheering on her suit clad hubby inside the Ray Dolby Ballroom.
Beating out the likes of Steven Speilberg, Ang Lee and Kathryn
Bigelow, Ben picked up the award for Best Director for his film "Argo."
During his acceptance speech, the humble actor said, "I don’t think this makes me a real director, but I think I am on my way."
