Due to her most recent legal snafus, Lindsay Lohan could face up to eight months in jail.
According to TMZ, the 26-year-old actress is set to appear in court on Wednesday (December 12) for allegedly lying to cops and reckless driving in connection with her car wreck last summer.
The report continues to state that the judge will revoke her
probation in the jewelry heist and schedule a time to decide is the
“Mean Girls” actress violated the terms laid against her.
Even if Lohan is found not guilty in the criminal case related to the car accident, the judge can apparently still rule a probation violation against her.
And, if convicted of both the probation violation and the criminal charges, Lindsay could face some serious jail time.
