Continuing to soak up the spotlight as she hopes to sell even more copies of her chart-topping album Red, Taylor Swift brought her country charm to primetime television by performing on Thursday night's (November 15) installment of "The X-Factor".
The 22-year-old took the stage while treating the Top 12 results show audience and viewers at home to a rendition of her brand new single, "State of Grace".
During her appearance on the Fox competition series, Miss Swift was asked by co-host Khloe Kardashian to share a few words of wisdom with the remaining contestants.
Without skipping a beat, Taylor thoughtfully replied, "My advice would be, no matter how tired you are, no matter what bad day you're having, be nice to people."
Meanwhile, the field of twelve was whittled down to ten by night's end, as Lyric 145 and Garcia are no longer in the running.
During next week's 'Giving Thanks' themed episode, the ten "X-Factor" hopefuls still vying for the coveted top prize include Tate Stevens, Carly Rose Sonenclar, Vino Alan, Emblem3, CeCe Frey, Fifth Harmony, Diamond White, Beatrice Miller, Arin Ray, and Paige Thomas.
