Heading out for a nice afternoon with the fam, Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend, Scott Disick, were on their way to lunch in Miami, FL on Sunday (November 4).
The E! reality television babe looked perfect for the South Beach weather, in a bathing suit cover up and sandals while toting around her little ones, Mason and Penelope.
In related news, it looks like the famous sisterly trio has been targeted by yet another lawsuit.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Michael Rey, a Beverly Hills entrepreneur, was suing the Kardashian sisters over their new beauty line, Kardashian Khroma, because it’s name was too similar to his own line, Chroma Makeup.
However, it looks like Rey has lost his battle, since he failed to secure a copyright. But just on the heels of that lawsuit comes another.
According to TMZ, a second company which owns similarly titled Kroma Makeup is now looking to take legal action against Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe for the same reason.
As this time no comment has been made by the Kardashians.
