After a horrifying Thanksgiving day brawl between her fiancé and baby daddy, Halle Berry is taking a further step to keep the peace by seeking a restraining order against Gabriel Aubry.

Though the assault arrest included an emergency order requiring
the French-Canadian model to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Nahla, and
Olivier, that order expires on Tuesday.
Reportedly, the "Cloud Atlas" star's attorneys will ask a family court judge to extend that protection order. The incident will have even more bearing on the judge as the same court heard custody testimony about Gabriel's uncontrollable temper.
