Though their marriage may have ended back in 2007, the consequences of the relationship are coming back to haunt Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.
Back in 2004, when the parents of two were married, they reportedly failed to pay taxes in the amount of $37,712.71, according to the California Franchise Tax Board. The Board put a tax lien on the pair who filed jointly as a married couple that year.
However, a rep for the "Toxic" singer claims, "The lien is
erroneous and will be rectified." Meanwhile, KFed's reaction to the
news is unknown.
The 30-year-old star has other things on her mind lately. Her new video with will.i.am called "Scream and Shout" premieres Wednesday during the "X Factor."
