Britney Spears’ Mom & Dad Targeted By Lawsuit

Adding more legal drama to her family life, Britney Spears'** parents are being sued by her former confidante Sam Lutfi.
According to a report, Lutfi claims he was blamed for the "Toxic" songstress' massive breakdown years ago, and Jamie and Lynne Spears made his life miserable.
Sam's lawman Joseph Schleimer declared that Lutfi tried to prevent Britney's crystal meth habit, but was unable to control her. He also agreed to serve as her manager for 15% of her income, but was never paid what he was due.
Schleimer also noted, "He was terrified of being her manager when she overdosed." Additionally, he's suing Lynne for writing damaging things about him in her 2008 book "Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World."
