Robert Pattinson Ready To Talk Kristen Stewart Affair On ‘Daily Show’ — Report

Robert Pattinson will make his first post-affair appearance on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Monday August 13. And Rob is reportedly ready to take on any questions regarding Kristen Stewart’s affair.

“It has been made clear to producers at ‘The Daily Show’ and ‘Good Morning America,’ where Rob will appear Wednesday, that the interview is to promote his new movie ‘Cosmopolis,’” a TV insider tells Huffington Post.
Both interviews were pre-scheduled, before Kristen’s affair with director Rupert Sanders made headlines. Ground rules have allegedly been discussed between the studio and both outlets. But that doesn’t mean a question won’t be asked.
“Of course, both shows want to have Rob on. He could have easily canceled, which gives him a lot of power to make sure the interviews don’t end up focusing only on his personal life,” one host tells the news outlet. “He knows he’s going to get asked the question and will have a prepared answer for it, then after that he will move on to talking about his film. You have to remember it’s an interview, not an interrogation. Both shows are total pros and will handle the situation with class, and in Jon’s case, a little humor.”
Rob has been known to stay mum on his personal life — even before the affair. But if he is asked any questions about Kristen, Rob will reportedly be ready.
