Time Running Out For Wilshere

Arsene Wenger says Jack Wilshere has to be playing football by the
end of April
Jack Wilshere has until the end of April to stake his claim for a
place at the European Championships, according to Arsene Wenger.
The Arsenal midfielder has not played a competitive game since
England's draw with Switzerland in qualifying last summer.
One attempted comeback from foot and ankle problems ended without
success in January, since when Wenger and Arsenal's medical staff have
proceeded with caution.
But the Gunners boss admits time is running out for Wilshere to prove
his fitness for Poland/Ukraine.
He said: "To go to a big competition without having played at all is
impossible. In the next four or five weeks we will know more and the
next three weeks will be decisive.
"You would think a player who wants to play in June will have to be
competitive at the end of April. The next three weeks will decide.
"We try to keep the hope alive. That means we adapt day to day, to
manage him, to improve his physical state and get him fit as quickly
as we can without taking too big a risk."
