Tevez Sparks City Rally

Carlos Tevez came off the bench to inspire a Manchester City comeback as they rallied from 1-0 down to defeat in-form Chelsea 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium.
Tevez was thrown back into the action in the 66th minute by Roberto Mancini - ending his six months in the wilderness - shortly after Gary Cahill had fired the visitors ahead.
Sergio Aguero levelled from the penalty spot on 78 and Samir Nasri then netted the winner with five minutes remaining after playing a superb one-two with Tevez.
The hosts started brightly with David Silva firing over although Juan Mata spurned a good chance for the visitors when he shot high and wide.
Nasri was inches away from breaking the deadlock when he lifted a shot onto the crossbar with Petr Cech stranded and the Frenchman then fizzed a long-range effort just over.
Frank Lampard's careless pass presented Mario Balotelli with a chance but the Italian dragged his shot wide after galloping clear.
However Cahill stunned City when he struck on the hour via a massive deflection off Yaya Toure after Mata's corner was only half cleared.
The home side were handed a lifeline when Pablo Zabaleta's fierce shot struck Michael Essien on the hand and Aguero kept his cool to score after referee Mike Dean had pointed to the spot.
Nasri then sparked wild celebrations with his crucial winner which put City back within one point of leaders Manchester United and set a new Premier League record of 20 consecutive home wins.
