Jennifer Lopez's Rumored Lover William Levy Accused in Underage Sex Scandal

Entertainment Tonight.
ET has obtained court documents revealing that Cuban actor William Levy was accused of having sexual relations with a minor.
According to the papers, a 17-year-old personal assistant filed a complaint against Levy last year for "forcing her to perform fellatio upon him and strangling her in the process" in a hotel room on July 19, 2010.
Levy adamantly denies knowing that the plaintiff was underage, making clear in the documents that she claimed to be a 19-year-old adult at the time the offense allegedly took place.
After the complaint was filed, Levy reportedly received a threatening letter which stated that "unless Levy paid [the plaintiff] $950,000 in exchange for a release that the matter would be 'shared' with the Spanish media and that suit would be filed."
The original complaint called for $2.5 million in punitive damages, but Levy claimed that local authorities thoroughly investigated the claims and found no cause to proceed with criminal action against Levy.
After Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony announced the end of their marriage last week, Levy's name was thrown into the mix as a possible cause for their split.
Levy was featured in JLo's music video "I'm Into You," but is perhaps best known for his roles in Spanish soap operas like "Triunfo del Amor" and "Cuidado con el Angel."
