Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller has been arrested on assault and drugs charges.
Police in Aspen, Colorado, said the 34-year-old had been detained on suspicion of third-degree assault and cocaine possession with intent to distribute.
Officers arrested Mueller at a nightclub after a woman reported being assaulted by the actress.
Mueller was released from custody after paying £7,000 in bail. She is scheduled to appear in court on December 19.
Aspen police spokeswoman Blair Weyer said additional details were not immediately available, while Mueller's lawyer had no comment.
Sheen and Mueller divorced earlier this year, citing Christmas Day 2009 as the day of their break-up.
It was on that date that Sheen, 46, was arrested in Aspen for assaulting Mueller.
He pleaded guilty to the charge in August 2010 and was ordered to serve 30 days in a California drug and rehabilitation facility.
The star's troubled personal life has often made the headlines and as a result Sheen was fired in March from his role on the American TV sitcom Two And A Half Men.
Sheen subsequently announced a nationwide tour and came out with a bizarre series of catchphrases such as "Tiger Blood" and "Winning".
Mueller played Cassandra in the 2008 comedy film Strictly Sexual, where she was credited as Brooke Allen.
Earlier this year she co-starred in the Paris Hilton reality show The World According To Paris
